23. Frequency. Vibration.

What if our life fulfillment depended on tapping into the energy that backs us all by simply raising our frequency to match that from which we were created?

TRANSCRIPT

Hey there. Happy Hump Day.

Such a weird expression, but I like it.

So, I find it interesting to talk about the human experience as frequency or vibration. When you think about it, everything is energy. Everything's an individual expression of the collective divine creative intelligence that created us.

Energy.

We can take great comfort in this.

So first off, a flashback:

I'll never forget the first time my best friend, whom I know you'll hear a lot about on these episodes, because frankly, she's the reason I know about the understanding of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. She brought it to my attention in 2010.

I remember it like it was yesterday. We were walking around the lake in the middle of Eugene, Oregon. We were on the part of our vision quest.

It was a vision quest to gain clarity for both of us. I was in a place in my life where I needed to make some new decisions. So, she was thinking about where she would move next, and the Pacific Northwest was beckoning her. So we decided to take a trip from Seattle, Washington, all the way down the coast to Mount Shasta in California.

We hugged the West coast on Highway one, which was Glorious. We had an amazing time. We still have a lot of great stories of laughter, tears, and freak-out moments, and we just had a beautiful connection to each other and our higher selves in the quest for what we were seeking. So we're walking around Eugene, Oregon.

I believe it was a lake in the middle of town. We were on a university campus.

Anyway, I remember her telling me this concept or theory, if you will, this principle. She explained it as mind, consciousness, and thought, and I'm like, you mean like the Trinity? And she says, well, Maybe not. Don't use that as an example.

And part of the reason she didn't want me to lump it into the Trinity was the religious context. She's like, “Well, take the hierarchy off because there is no hierarchy. There's just these three things that are interchangeable with one another, and they make up our experience of life.”

So flash forward about five months after our vision quest, she was talking to me on the phone, and I remember where I was, how I was sitting, what I was wearing, and I remember being on the phone with her and her telling me, “But you know, Née, no matter what you decide—you’re handled.”

Those were the words she used.

No matter what you decide, you are handled.

And when my mind went to this, when she spoke those words, something shifted in me.

She reminded me that there's something much bigger than us that has—our backs. There's no reason I need to worry. And, of course, automatically, my mind goes to God, and I believe this.

I believe God has us, and you can call it whatever you want—Existence, the Universe, the Creative Force. It's all the same thing.

It's like looking at a person. You know that person is real and exists, but you can call him “John,” or you can call him “Johnny,” or you can call him “JJ,” or you can call him “Jajalingalunga.”

It doesn't matter what you call them. They are there. It doesn't matter how they're referenced.

I'm saying this because something exists that has our backs. I call it God, but it doesn't matter what you. And just to let you know, I don't personally see God as an old man sitting on a throne up in heaven.

I see God as a Universal. And so I was like, “Oh yeah, I am. I'm part of something. I'm made of something much bigger than what I'm worried about.”

And so, for some reason—and to this day—I wish I could deconstruct what happened at that moment because my mind, my whole. Shifting my whole life shifted at that moment, knowing that I am handled no matter what I decide, what I do, and what I make.

I mean, seriously, you guys, this changes everything.

And so, of course, I think about my mom and my dad. My mom and my dad have been telling me this my whole life, that I don't have to worry because something bigger, God has me. You know how it, you hear something repeatedly, and then one day it just finally clicks, and you're like, “I get it.”

Everybody talks about that aha moment. Well, this was that aha moment. That moment shifted everything: the trajectory of my life, the decisions I was making, the confidence in my decisions, and the things I worried about before I heard this dropped away. And suddenly, the fact that I worried was a thing of the.

Unbelievably powerful.

So this idea of vibration and frequency it's a real thing.

Or we're all pieces of a fabric that's bigger than just the single threads that make up that fabric. The fabric wouldn't exist without these single threads. It would be a different fabric, nonexistent, or whatever analogy you want.

But I want us to think bigger. We are part of; we are made. We are of this bigger thing. So theologians and religious throughout the years have tried to say that we're made in the image of God, and yet there's this thing about keeping us separate from God. Like original sin caused us to be separate from God.

Well, if you know me, you know that I have issues with that.

But we are made in the image of the creative life force and the intelligence behind everything that exists. We are part of it. We are made in it. You can't escape this. You can't even separate yourself from it. If you did, you wouldn't exist for some reason.

We try to separate ourselves, or the Powers That Be try to make us smaller than that thing we are made of. There's God up here and us down here, but I believe we're individual expressions of this thing from which we are. Strip the religion away from this because what I'm trying to say is the single thing I want to land on today is to raise your vibration, make it so that you're brilliantly vibrating, that your whole life changes to match that vibration.

What vibration? Hold your vibration in the ‘God energy’ because you're made of it. It's like, Well, I don't know what it's like saying I don't. I don't know how to say this at this moment, but if you would make every choice about what is in the highest and best intention for you as soon as you match the vibration from which we come.

It's like the little kid I alluded to yesterday. If you match the vibration of joy and elation and follow your bliss and passion, everything will match you. That's what happens. Like attracts like, I mean, there's a million different ways I could say it, but that's why a children's laugh is contagious because we go there with them.

It draws us in. While the frequency of the energy of life is from the same principle frequency, if you vibrate at a low frequency, chances are you will receive low energy. You're going to feel depressed; you're going to feel down; you're going to feel hopeless.

But if you vibrate at a higher frequency—the God energy, the Creative Life Force energy, there is no way you're not going to feel joy, elation, and fulfillment.

So the takeaway is—vibrate at the frequency of joy, the frequency of elation, and passion, and watch how your life changes.
